Well summer has been very busy and filled with all sorts of new discovery’s which I need to share with you folks soon. Till then, and thanks to my web ninja we have a very important discovery. Batman famed caped crusader apparently loves Vermont and drives a Subaru. And in true Crypto-Subaru fashion we have photographic proof.
Armed with nothing more then a camera phone our web ninja managed two snap these to photos before having to fade into the shadows…but it clearly shows that Batman is here on holiday.Visiting Burlington Vermont and was is tooling around the UVM campus in a blacked out Legacy Sedan.
Stay tuned….Same Subaru Time….Same Subaru Channel.

Good Morning and Happy Saturday.
To answer the question I have been asked most about Subaru’s BRZ…What does the BRZ actually stand for . Well according to my inside sources(or the internet) it stands for
“ Boxer Engine.Rear Wheel Drive, Zenith.” So there ya go folks. The answer to the mysterious BRZ riddle. If ya want to see it perform or hear it rev check out the videos below. If you want a test drive. Contact me Dougaru.
Hello Friends,
As you may or may not know. I just returned from a Subaru BRZ event in New Orleans. I got to test the new Eye Sight Technology offered by Subaru. I got to ride along with several pro drivers. But the best part, was getting to drive the new BRZ. This car is amazing. Kind wished it was AWD like the rest of the Subaru offerings. However, I can totally appreciated the fun of dedicated rear drive wheels. And it has been a long while since Subie offered us anything but their (awesome) AWD. Check the other videos out of me behind the wheel of the new BRZ. Come see me to schedule your test drive of this new cool Subaru.
Welcome friends, I’m Doug Smith.
I love living in Vermont, it can feel like a real privilege to live here. What an incredibly clean, quiet, and calm place this is; oh yeah, and it’s gorgeous. The landscape is a mood relaxer and on the right day, at the right time, you can be the only car on the Interstate and experience a decades-old feeling of traveling quietly along a highway through the forests and fields of a lesser developed America; transending space and time. We are blessed with Vermont’s natural and historic riches and the foresight to have recognized our shared assets and moves to conserve them. When I see Vermonters enjoying their lives, the marrow from the bone and all, I think – we all found a way to get here or stay here and Subaru is part of
the equation. Next time you look at your fellow woman or man, appreciate how awesome they are because like you, they figured out that Vermont was extremely cool and they needed to be here. If they drive a Subaru, realize how much more you like and respect them. Because I sell Subarus, I hear stories of the devotion of owners and their love for their car. They express LOVE….for a car. Oh ya right, it’s a Subaru.
Understood. In addition to loving Subarus and Vermont, I also love a good story. I figured I’d set up shop here at this address and share the stories I’ve come across of Vermonters and their Subarus. In my posts, I’ll pass along tales I’ve heard of great places, routes and adventures. Happy Motoring!

Hello!
I just want to send my appreciation and gratitude to Doug, who yesterday read me like a book and gave me some great life advice. On Saturday i make the biggest move of my life across country (Denver). Having lived in Vermont for most of my life, it’s been a goal of mine to see another part of the country and meet a variety of new people. I’m extremely nervous for this trip, i’m giving up the comfortability of my home, a girlfriend, a job and many connections that i’ve made through living in the great state of Vermont. However, i keep reminding myself that i need to do this to grow as a person and gain valuable life experience.
Why Denver? I believe the majority of the attraction is because it caters to my interests (skiing, hiking, biking, camping etc) and probably reminds me of Vermont. Further, I have close friends out there who have just embodied the whole experience of moving somewhere new and unknown. Those reasons add strength to my decision, but overall i think i need to get out of the region for awhile to ultimately decide where my heart is.
Again, thanks for the great advice Doug. I’ll make sure to update my journey. But most importantly, I wouldn’t be able to do this without the car i love, my Subaru! Cheers,
Adam
